Property information is drawn from public data sources such as the Chicago Data Portal, Cook County Assessor, and municipal violation databases. Public records may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. Renter reports are reviewed by a moderation team before publication, but we cannot independently confirm every statement. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a finding about any person or property.
